It always amazes me to see how large numbers of people put their faith and support in controlled opposition figures such as Farage or Trump. All that people ever needed to do is the slightest bit of research on the history of these people before they entered politics and they would see it's there, staring them in the face, that these figures are the opposite of what their initial anti-establishment, "pro-people" rhetoric was.

He is of Irish and Scottish extraction. I have spent one year in UK and it makes a difference. I can work and drink with Irish, Scots and Welsh but not with the English. English people always make an artificial impression on me. Gaelic people seem to be more authentic and genuine. I have the same problems with Prussians in Germany.
