I saw that same tweet you just linked. It’s definitely not a yellow vest. The clothing drops below the waist and is the same color on the sleeves and breast. It’s a single long coat of some sort, and is the same color as the headwear. Long Islamic garb fits the bill but the image is still blurry. What I find interesting is the clear presence of a backpack. He’s carrying it in front of him at the start of the video and then slings it over his shoulder before he disappears.

Not even 24 hours later french officials declare "nothing to see here".. no reason to suspect arson.

Trump will just increase the pressure until he gets his reaction,

the 5 bullets pumped into Daniel Forestier weren't "accidental",

that DGSE conspired with ex-CIA director Brennan wasn't "accidental" either,

or the over 20 weeks of Yellow vest rioting... destabilzing France which teeters on the verge of collapse, financially and socio-political.

Europeans are thus in a tight spot, if they vote left/liberal they vote for more of the same,

if they vote alternative/right-anti EU they risk to vote in a government that may be already infiltrated by Trump (via Bannon)

to benefit the US, and even more of the same old shit, plus a very autocratic kind of leadership that will rule with an iron fist

and trample on their own peoples rights as much as they claim to "liberate us" from the foreign invasion.

That video is better quality than the one I posted earlier. It actually does look like someone wearing a yellow vest - it's not a long coat, it looks yellow in this video, there's no long sleeves, and there's a slight discoloration on the front consistent with the reflective strips on the front of yellow vests.

However, it still looks like the guy has a long dark beard, has brown skin (the right arm sleeve looks rolled up, revealing brown skin beneath), and looks to be wearing a white Islamic hat.

Interesting question as to why he'd still be there. Could be that he was trying to start a fire in the tower? I find it unlikely that he'd be trapped, whether he's the arsonist or not.
