China has begun preparing a "domestic circulation" strategy for the economy.
that should help them reorient the economy towards domestic consumption from exports, amid the global recession and worsening relations with the US.
The new strategy is expected to be concretized in October at a plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which will approve an economic plan for the period from 2021 to 2025.
