Will there be more troops with withdrawing, or is that just for now?

I think the combat ops are nearing its end so this may be withdrowal of combat units. Advances in Daraa countryside seems to be pretty fast. It means that everyone gave up the regima change idea in Syria. There is not many places to fight for. I'm quite curious about settlement with Turkey in northern Aleppo and Idlib. And, of course, with US and other NATO occupation forces in Deir Ezzor.
